Ramadan 2025
The purpose of this Ramadan package is to promote healthy eating habits during the Holy Month while keeping your goals in mind—whether you want to lose fat, maintain weight, resist temptations, preserve muscle while fasting, continue breastfeeding, or control blood sugar levels.
We will work together to navigate this month and achieve great results by the end of it.
You will receive two meal plans, each lasting 14 days. The meal plans can either be flexible with macros or include specific recipes for all meals, depending on your preference.
There will be 2 follow ups per week for the duration of a month.
